It was beautiful from the outside throughout the foyer, The room was gorgeous, lots of space and amazing facilities. We had a lovely outdoor space that kept us out until late. There were functions going on on the yacht but our room was beautifully quiet. We were really lucky and were given a free upgrade, that meant so much to us and enhanced our stay.

The first room was very nice, clean and had all the facilities advertised however, on the hottest day of the year, the aircon was not working. A mobile fan was very quickly sent to the room, but this was not very effective. We were upgraded to a suite without any fuss. The hotel was very well appointed for the ABBA arena, just a 15 minute walk. The staff were lovely and very attentive - couldn't fault any of them.

The area was fine for getting into central London on the tube.
The high street had plenty of shops, coffee shops, and supermarkets nearby as well.
The studio was on a quiet street and we liked the ease of access.

We enjoyed being walking distance from groceries and variety of restaurants and enjoyed a full English breakfast in a very local 'cafe'.
We wanted to go into Central London easily and being 5 minutes walk from the tube station was great, especially when coming back to a beautiful apartment environment that was cool during a summer heatwave.
You are living walking distance from the high street so you're near the buzz of local life. Diverse locality gives you a real glimpse of real London.

It's a very nice apartment located near the station and also few supermarkets which helps to move around , we had all the facilities and equipment we needed for our stay . The owner was really helpful and available through messages and calls which is very nice and told us we could even have an extra hour for the checkout which was even perfect. Had other stays at hotels in London with less comfort and higher price , so this apartment is a really good place for a better stay.
Far too many positive things to list but here are a few. I was really pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, the living area was about 5 times the size of an average hotel room with a really good sized fully functional kitchen.
But the icing on the cake was the A/C which was really needed as it was quite hot.
Overall a perfect experience and highly recommended.
Having the option of free parking in London these days is a cost saving bonus as many hotels now charge for this. The location is within walking distance to 2 well known large supermarkets, one of which sells cheaper than average fuel for vehicles, Having full cooking and washing machine means the Annex is suitable for a home from home stay.
- complete house in quite housing area instead of a small hotel room in the city center
- 30 minutes to city center by Central line train plus 10 minutes by car to train station (or alternatively 20 minutes walk/bus)
- great alternative for a visit of London if you do not mind the time in the train
Close to tube station for travel into London. Lots of eating choices close by, including for delivery. Very clean and comfortable. Great to have parking right outside. Nice to have a bath and a shower with plenty of hot water. Great communication from the owner too.
