The history, comfort, bed, claw foot bath,, breakfast, and the host. Everything was fabulous! We especially appreciated the host sharing some of the history of the house.

The room was not up to standard, run down and outdated, the bathroom was a disgrace. We had to pay £40 for an upgrade for what was already a very expensive room. Not a very realistic representation on your website.

Great stay it's got good parking and the lady at the reception Asma was very helpful it's got food/bar downstairs if you need and it's pretty close to a few retail parks aswell. I would stay again if in the area

Easy to find location by the motorway junction - and very handy for Bristol too. Excellent early check-in. Large clean room, good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast - full cooked + cereal and pastries, excellent. And the Marco restaurant was fine too. Maybe expensive for some but the fixed price two course menu for £19.95 was good value. Plus nice bar - with friendly and efficient staff all round. Would recommend and will stay again should we venture this way.

Very clean hotel and exceptional service by the staff. Restaurant manager (didn't get his name) at breakfast went out of his way to make my little niece and nephew have more fun by gifting them Easter Eggs. Pat helped me source some personal essentials, making my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend:)
