The Room was Clean tidy and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, it was let down by the windows only being limited to open. Breakfast was good, the dining facilities for breakfast were ample and enabled a good conversation without being overly loud.

The was decorated to a really nice standard however the rooms were cold. All central hallways were warm but rooms had no thermostats for warmth and no hot water was like warm.

No favourite place did not stay long enough. Hotel accommodation abysmal. Left Scunthorpe having visited hotel and comprehended dirt, grime and unsanitary conditions inside.

There are some nice areas in scunthorpe but too many not so nice.I have two young children of ago/ English de scent and we have had problems with certain quarters one of a violent nature which both me and my daughter where assaulted. But the schools are excellent and there are some decent pubs and eating places once u get used to the place.

Close to the train station. Abt 4 mins. Then abt 25min walk to The Baths Hall Theatre. Near to a Wetherspoons pub on the way. Called the Blue Bell Inn. Lovely food & staff. Great place. Heater in the room. Plenty of buses. Near a great museum.

Great value for money. Room was decently sized, not tight for space, room was warm and clean, and having a fan was great as well. We didn't use it but the kettle and coffee supply was a great addition. Hotel provides everything that's stated and as an overall, no major complaint. If I'm in the area I would choose oyo again.
It was my second stay at your B&B in a 3 year period, the first stay was not brilliant due to no fault of the owners but tenants. this stay was completely different. the room i got for my money was way over what i expected. excellent value for money and will certainly use this facility when staying in Scunthorpe.
