I absolutely enjoyed my stay here at The Black Hat. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and the room was as expected. It was clean, modern, and comfortable. My favorite was the full English breakfast in the mornings. Grabbing a pint in the evening on the patio out back was also a highlight. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Yorkshire!

Everything. Excellent quiet location by the River Wharfe and park. 10 minute walk to the town centre. Warm and cosy family run hotel. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

The location is great since you're right in the middle of everything. The rooms were clean and Bronte themed. The staff was pleasant, just busy working the pub as well. It's convenient having the pub right downstairs. It was very busy right after New Year's so just be prepared for the holiday crowds if you go around that time.

The place was lovely.the only thing was it was on the third floor and given that my husband id disabled it was hard going up the stairs. The water wasn’t hot either so we couldn’t shower or bathe. However the room was warm comfortable and situated in a great position.if I had known about the stairs I would not have booked it.Also have to mention the pub/restaurant next door. The food was excellent and all the staff very friendly.
