The coach & horses had been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Our room was excellent and surpassed expectations. Breakfast was also very good indeed and I thought excellent value for money with choices from the help yourself buffet followed by served hot food with plenty of choices from full English to eggs Benedict and unlimited coffee or tea. The evening menu was also very good.
This is a great location for exploring this area of Norfolk with the Sandringham estate just up the road and the north Norfolk Coast a short drive away

The location was lovely.
Comfy beds , a nice view from our room, everything was beautifully clean.
The restaurant menu gave a good choice and fairly reasonably priced.
Breakfast was good except no prunes or fresh fruit salad.
Otherwise, it was very good.

The staff at breakfast were exceptional at dealing with my wife’s gluten free and dairy intolerance.
The waitress and chef went above and beyond.

Snettisham is a village which is easy to get around with some lovely shops well within walking distance, a couple of lovely pubs, chemist, doctors, vets and DIY store. Park Farm is worth a trip to feed the animals and to buy farm produce. There is also a lovely hairdressers for the ladies in fact everything you would want for your daily needs. If you require a weekly shop you will have to travel to Kings Lynn or towards Hunstanton.

A very interesting village, very well kept with a lovely church. The Rose & Crown has a lot of character and a lovely walled garden. It provides all the facilities for a pleasant stay, comparable to hotel standard.
it is within easy driving distance of nice countryside, seaside towns and coastal walks.

Small village with no shops to speak of.
Small village with no shops to speak of. Very good Bakers/ coffee shop.
Good range of tempting looking cakes, scones .pastries., breads. Scones huge - we shared one.
Excellent Book Shop 'Torc Books' tucked away off the Market Square.
Sadly no Post Office as in so many villages now.
Well worth a visit is the Church set a little way out of the village. It gives an excellent history of the village & makes fascinating reading. It is hard to believe all that was going on in Snettisham in the middle of the last century.
Sandringham very easily reached.
. Regular bus service enables one to explore further afield if you don't want the worry of car parking!!

Lovely place food good & staff excellent.
Lovely place food good & staff excellent. Shame they do allow dogs in restaurants even though on booking .com it says they don’t allow them in . Not hygienic to have them near the food . Due to that I probably wouldn’t go back there. Apparently they don’t have designated bedrooms for people with dogs which is very concerning.

The property is in an ideal location, close to several nearby villages, plenty of walking opportunities with the beaches not far away.
Snettisham has a lovely coffee shop and the Rose & Crown serve excellent beer/food, the property is ideal for 4 people, with the option of a sofa bed if a couple more stay.
Great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen. Large open plan living and dining room. Lovely over bath shower. Main bedroom large with a comfortable bed.
Great location for exploring North Norfolk. Stayed there for The Snettisham Spectacular, only about 15 minutes away.
Very spacious accommodation with a well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The location next to Park Farm was peaceful and very easy to get to Snettisham beach and RSPB site.
