Jo and Phil had only ben here for a month and were doing a good job. The kitchen was not in full use but Jo had bought food for her bed and breakfast guests so we were able to have a meal. The room ws comfortable. The drinks were a bit pricey but a good selection. They are both very hardworking and am sure they will make a success of this business. We would stay again. They also accommadated our dog.

Beautiful traditional county pub. Clean and comfortable room. Fantastic roast. Anywhere that takes three dogs without charging extra is a huge win. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

I have been there before and enjoyed it then and again this time. Rooms are good and the meals are good - I would again happily stay there if an opportunity arose/
