Misrepresentation. Simple. What you see is NOT what you get. This is just a standard Hotel room. Not an 'Apartment' at all.
The 'Kitchen' is on the floor below and is shared with all the other rooms, it's not your kitchen. So if someone else is using it, forget it. Didn't find it until late evening.
Family room? Sorry didn't see it.
Parking? If you have a small car and want to be out before 7 am, then yes, park outside, otherwise a 10 minute walk minimum( and l walk quickly) or £31.00 for 10 hours at the station.
Apart from the initial entry problems which we managed to overcome, no hot water. Managed to find the immersion and switch it on but no evening shower.
No milk.
A/C? Again, didn't see it so it may be there.
Take this as constructive criticism and sort it.
Market it accurately, as what it is.
Premier Inn was 30.00 cheaper and l could have parked outside.

Went to see my family. Moved to the West Country to leave the area behind. Still trying to persuade my son etc to move near me.
London is now a good place to leave, thanks to Sadiq Khan amongst other things. It can only get worse !!!!!

Mt reason for being in Sutton was to do with a hospital visit and I stay there when I have to. I like this hotel and staff very much and they are pleasant which is nice when you are on your own.
I didn't go out and about in Sutton and ate in the hotel.

Easy to travel from Airport to Sutton. Good quality travel service to and from London. Sutton has a variety of different shop and places to eat or just have a coffee plus many public houses if you want a drink.

Hardly a tourist destination.
Hardly a tourist destination. Handy for doing business in the area (in my case attending a funeral) but I did wonder what the coach party that was staying there were doing or a couple of families with young children. Sutton itself very complicated to drive around with one-way systems, lots of chicanes and 20 mph speed limits.

Sutton is great.
Sutton is great. Local shops and local buses for ease of travel. The people are friendly and there are lots of marshes/large green areas to walk, sit and play. We ate at Miller and Carter which was the best dining experience we've had in a long time. Great food, atmosphere, music and service. We also ordered a take-in from a local pizza company.
I would ensure that there is adequate parking near where I stay and adequate sleeping space for my family.

The hotel is located in a scenic part of southern metropolitan London, and had almost a village feel. It's a nice historic inn. Our room was clean and cheery, and had good air-conditioning, though we didn't need it. Breakfast (at 16 pounds) was nicely made-to-order plus cereals and fruits, etc, and the server responded to our request for quick service. By London standards, the price is good. Car park offered to the guests for free was handy.
The. Position of Aparthotel Was very good 5 minutes walk to the town centre, train station, along a quite residential road with free off road parking. Accessing the property was easy with a ring doorway, then one card for the interior and front door. The room was clean, basic useable furniture, and very warm a fan was provided if needed, and the bedding and towels were clean.
There was lots of hot water for the shower.
I loved the aesthetics and the sweet ease of accessing the hotel by public transport. The room was large, had glass windows that were fitted from top to bottom - loved it - and was generally comfortable. The staff were also welcoming, courteous and professional. Finally, the luggage room facility, where they help guests keep their luggage for 24 hours at no extra cost was a lifesaver for me 👌
Location was very convenient for London and Surrey with good rail and bus links. The price was very reasonable. Local shopping was great. Parking was good.
