Very friendly family, the owner went out of his way to help us open a bottle of wine since there was no bottle opener available. In the end he offered us his own homemade wine and it was the best we had in Georgia. The hospitality was amazing.

Very helpful Manager and friendly Mother of the owner. Both spoke good English I left my UK passport at the hotel without realising until I received a message from the hotel. I was then able to get a taxi to collect it from the hotel a few days later as they kept it safe for me. Also good buffet food for dinner and breakfast all included. It is a hotel for families so they don't serve alcohol which means it is quiet for young ones with a good play area.

The location is great, 5 mins from ski lift. Big, clean and warm room with full equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi connection. Taste breakfast. Staff is amazing, people are always ready to help. We left early morning and missed breakfast so they packed breakfast for us❤️

Everything was lovely. The room was very comfortable and clean. The house itself is super cute, with a gorgeous garden. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was tasty. The car parking space at the entrance was very useful. Bonus; very cute cat. Also it is easy to walk into town and to the castle
