The manager at the breakfast saloon was extremely rude! Not just with us, but other guests. The rest of the staff was kind and attentive, but the manager was just awful. I know I am speaking even in name of her team. They cannot say anything because they are afraid to lose their jobs, but they are suffering with her for sure!

So, first of all, I had already stayed at this hotel once before, and the first time everything was wonderful. I left very good reviews. But what happened this time:
The first thing that greeted us was an endless stream of restrictions and prohibitions. You can’t stand here, you can’t sit there, not this here, not that there. We were met with very, very loud partying in all the restaurants and bars. We were placed on the fifth floor, where it was extremely noisy — the walls were shaking — and there was absolutely no way to move to a quieter area.
Anyway, we somehow made it through the first night and then we were met with a very disappointing breakfast. There was no way to even buy a glass of sparkling wine. We were told it wasn’t allowed! The breakfast was very poor — it felt like we were eating leftovers from the banquet guests the night before.
The worst experience happened on the last day of our stay. By the way, it was my husband’s birthday. When we went down to the hotel restaurant — it was around 8:30 PM — we couldn’t place an order because the chef responded that he was busy with a banquet and couldn’t cook for us.
We told them we were willing to eat anything. If he couldn’t prepare the dish we originally ordered, we were ready to order absolutely anything, as we were very hungry and just wanted the chef to cook something for us. They refused to cook for us at all.
We had to order delivery from the other restaurant. The birthday evening was ruined.

Everything was great! Specially the view from our room on the 8th floor. We had a beautiful view of the city & the mother of Georgia statue. We also enjoyed fireworks almost every night from our fully glass wall/window. Very spacious room, huge bathroom, clean and well serviced properly.
The property is very close to almost all of the popular attractions in the city!
