Location is great, rooms are comfortable, clean and maintained almost on a daily basis. Elena, the host, is very welcoming and communicative, she also recommended us all the good places for going out and having a nice dinner. We loved our 8-day stay at Villa Conte Rari in the little village of Kato Garouna. You'll definitely need a car for this stay; it's optimally located for day trips in all directions of the island, plus the stunning Agio Gordios beach is just 5-10 minutes away. The kitchen is equipped for simple cooking. And thankfully, the air conditioning works very well! The host is very accommodating and quick to respond.

The property looks like in photos (for 1bedroom apartment on the first floor) but everything inside, except bathroom is very old. Good point is that apartment is always on the shadow and terras looked fine. Location is close to the beach. There is free parking inside the property, but the owner of apartment will be fighting with you all the time about the car for your apartment if they don’t see it all the time parked there and will send you more and more messages trying to charge you 30eur per day for parking because cleaning lady there is apparently watching you all the time.
