Great hotel with nice and clean rooms. The decoration and the furniture are old but they go along very well with the vibe. The area around the hotel is very quiet and it has a wide open space which is great if you have a dog. The lake is around 15 minutes by car. The hotel staff were very helpful

The place is located close to the lake, and you can walk to it. Breakfast was amazing, included greek pasteries. We loves the place for it’s nature, it has view to mountain. Host was pleasand and friendly.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, cozy, and exactly as described, located above a little store. It is well-equipped with all the essential kitchen amenities. Perfect starting point for hiking the nearby mountains or exploring Lake Kerkini! This was our second stay, and once again everything was great.

We had an exceptional stay at the apartment. We were traveling to the lake to do some birdwatching and the location is perfect, just a short 10 minute drive from the lake port. Apartment is very spacious and cozy, as the name suggests, heh. Communication with the host was above and beyond. There is a cafe across the apartment building where you can get coffee, some finger food and even a beer or wine at night. There are also a few other good restaurants in the area, which Panagiotis told us about, Meintani is very nice. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and comfortable, the host was friendly. The room was very spacious.

Everything was super nice! The entire apartment had such a nice vibe, the decor and the details were lovely. View in front and in the back, a huge balcony, big living area, equipped kitchen for a longer stay, comfy beds. The area was also nice, we took a walk through the neighborhood and up to the Oasis taverna which we highly recommend! Communication was super fast and everything went smoothly. A nice stop on your way to or from the beach areas.

The location overlooking lake kerkini was sublime in September. Easy to drive around the lake from here. Amazing birdsong and you could hear the flamingos from the hotel balcony. 20 minute drive to the lake to get the boat.
Restaurants not great here but staff are so friendly. Villa Belles is the best hotel. We would love to have stayed longer than 2
