Our stay near Lake Kerkini was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was charming — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with a warm, rustic style that felt perfect for the natural surroundings. The location itself was ideal: just a short drive from the main observation spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy real peace and quiet. Waking up to the sounds of birds and seeing the mist rise off the lake in the mornings was pure magic.

Had that ‘special place’ feel. Nice outdoor Greek restaurant area. Nice and light indoor restaurant, bar dining room with fireplace, and sitting room with cozy couches around a fireplace. Excellent service and interactions with very attentive staff. Very nice room with character. Good food in restaurant. Many birds around.

The staff greeted us immediately with an upgrade for our room, breakfast was excellent, facilities were amazing and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of travel. The staff even went above and beyond by calling a local winery and helping us arrange a tour booking. I would recommend this place for couples or friends traveling and looking for a great resting place on their road trip.

The location overlooking lake kerkini was sublime in September. Easy to drive around the lake from here. Amazing birdsong and you could hear the flamingos from the hotel balcony. 20 minute drive to the lake to get the boat.
Restaurants not great here but staff are so friendly. Villa Belles is the best hotel. We would love to have stayed longer than 2
