The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more.

This place was amazing. We booked the Cave suite and wow.. Sunrise was the best ever. The staff was fantastic. Definitely catered to our every need. Room service was quick and on point. The facility was top notch and Definitely recommend the meals offered. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of different tasty treats. We booked a couples Bonding session the Sophie was the best. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My partner and me stayed in the junior suite for my birthday weekend (inhabitants of Crete) and it was absolutely gorgeous. Balcony with an astonishing view + very close to the main pool with good sun layers. We made a reservation at the Marea restaurant for my birthday, which we really enjoyed. Together with an amazing saxophone performance, a great hostess/waitress, and a fantastic sea view, the evening as a whole was considered perfect.

The breakfast was very good and rich. Beautiful view of the small harbour with two cozy taverns. Caring people and private balcony. There are not many sites on the nothern coast which bring such feeling of privateness and secludedness. Nice place for people who prefer this.
