Maltezos Hotel is a small family run hotel located in Gouvia, 250 metres from the beach. It provides a large swimming pool with plenty of free sun beds and umbrellas.

great service, very good location, close to shops and restaurants, atmospheric bars for evening relaxation. Near the beach with the possibility of buying out escaping by ship . 50 m to the bus stop.. Hotel very pleasant, clean, rooms cleaned daily, hotel staff always ready to help, hotel definitely recommendable.

The staff is so kind, the room is beautiful and clean The food is so good and the cocktails are yummy Truly recommend They made our vacation more personal giving small gifts to the room like local honey and jam. Also made our room for our honeymoon celebration with balloons and champagne!

    We stayed in Gouvia as this was the base for a wedding party. Otherwise may not have chosen to visit, but would not be averse to staying there again for a late season sunshine beach holiday. A number of tavernas were already closing by early/mid October. Everywhere in Gouvia is accessible on foot, and other beaches/Corfu town easy to reach by car (if you are brave enough) or by bus.

    Gouvia is a small beach area with a good choice of restaurants for its size. It is located a 20 min bus journey from the beautiful Corfu town. Gouvia has a small scenic beach area and a beautiful marina area to walk and view fabulous yachts.

    We really loved staying in Gouvia because everything is so close. It's a great location if you want to explore the whole island. We visited sandy and pebbly beaches, beautiful cliffs, different coastlines, the Old Town, and charming villages, and it never took more than an hour to reach the farthest places. We can’t speak much about Gouvia itself since we were only there for accommodation, but we highly recommend it!

    Gouvia has an excellent marina with facilities including a pool.Several comprehensive chandlers.Local family restaurants like Harry’s bar are a must for Greek cuisine and friendly service. Regular bus service into Corfu town and places to hire a car or motorcycle if you prefer your own transport. Small beach but not the place to go if you want a beach holiday.

    Small resort Good location, near Corfu town with easy transportation by bus to hotel from Airport and Corfu town. Beautiful stoney beach with €12 euro charge for 2 beds & umbrella. Good variety of restaurants but in our experience cost has increased for food and drink since last year.

    Hotel Gouvia has a nice big pool outside and there were plenty of sun loungers by it. The hotel staff was very nice and always willing to help every guest when they needed something. The rooms were clean and they cleaned them every day and changed the towels .The beach is about 150m away from the hotel. The bus stop 7 to Kerkyra was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are several restaurants around the hotel, but we liked the food the most in the hotel Gouvia,where they cooked very well :-).Overall we were very satisfied in the hotel.

    This is a wonderful family run hotel in Gouvia. There is everything you need. Nice swimming pool, good breakfast and especially the owners are very helpful and friendly. You will feels like to stay at home. The distance from hotel to Gouvia town is just only 10 minuest walk. We have arrived 2-3 hours before check in time but they let us check in early because the room was ready, which we were so happy. Definietly come back again if we have an opportunity to be back to Corfu :)

    We were upgraded to a nicer room in the sister hotel Molfetta. Amazing sea view and close proximity to the beach. Very tasty and well ranged breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us plan our days out. Easy bus routes to Corfu town and elsewhere. Very clean and well organised. We were given a farewell gift of sweets and treated to liquor over Easter.

    Property was in an excellent location being only minutes from the beach and Gouvia Marina and all its support businesses including bars, restaurants and yacht support services. Travelling to Corfu town was also simple using the local bus service. The property has been developed to a high standard with superb facilities throughout and was immaculately presented.
