The check-in was very nice, they welcomed us with a shot of their homemade liquor and a little sweet treat. Then we went up to our room. Unfortunately there was a problem with this room, but the staff managed it very well and changed our room within the next minutes. We stayed in the "resort" part of this hotel, which comes with a Jacuzzi in every room/on the balcony, very nice! The breakfast was tasty and a variety of choices as well. We also enjoyed their Greek night, a buffet of delicious Greek food and Greek music/live dancing. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

Cozy, clean hotel with nice scents and refined details and perfect atmosphere. Beautiful design in the rooms and overall. Relaxing common pool area, tasty and assorted breakfast and perfect service. Staff is super attentive and kind, also compliments to the cleaning staff: very careful not to disturb with cleaning noises and they don’t shout or chat in the corridor among them: this favored a total relax mood, even on the last day! Thanks to Marileen and all the rest of the wonder-staff for all care and attention that makes the difference!

Every staff member was so welcoming and friendly - always checking how we were and they couldn't do enough for us. They really made the place extra special. Good choice for breakfast and lovely fresh juice. I'm gluten-intolerant and they were able to provide a really nice GF bread. The room was lovely and having our private pool was wonderful, but the communal pool was also beautiful if you wanted a change of scenery. All areas were always sparkling clean. The hotel was close to the beach and a very short walk to the restaurants. We hired a car and enjoyed exploring as there wouldn't be enough for us to be only in Kalamaki for a week.

The staff were so polite happy and helpful especially a man who worked in the snack bar by the pool with a beard he worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfast was really nice and there was plenty of choice. Pools were good no fighting over sunbeds at all.

    The staff were fantastic, Martina and Athena are wonderful hosts and the bar staff were also very accommodating. The location is also fantastic with east access to the main road, old road and the beach. Having the supermarket next door is also fantastic and the staff are again so lovely!

    Kalamaki was like most wee towns on the island, very touristy. The many restaurants mostly sold the same dishes, but staff in each place we ate were always lovely and welcoming. The location is good if you're wanting some buzz without it being too rowdy. It suits couples and families. Remedy Cocktail Bar was a brilliant find: such a lovely place to relax, great music, and Skopi and Denise were gorgeous and looked after us well. We were glad we hired a car so we could explore quieter bays for a swim and gorgeous parts of the island.

    Plenty to do, lots of choices for food throughout the day, some bars offering various entertainment during the week. Shops offering food, drinks, gifts etc. Beach is open from 7am to dusk as it's turtle nesting beach so no water sports.

    beautiful long beach. Turtle spotting. Nice restaurants like Olive tree, Milos, The family restaurant, Escape. Lots of choices. I would avoid by my next visit taking cash out of ATM, charge is € 3,95. I rather give that money as a tip to the restaurants.

    Our hotel is not exposed on the main road, hence it is quite calm. But on the strip, how is the main road sometimes called, you can find anything you need for a pleasant stay. A lot of great tavernas, bars, supermarkets, and big giftshop with anything you might need to buy as a present for your friends back home. Despite a number of restaurants, the location is quite calm, with no drunk or aggressive ppl around.

    The sunbed man reminded me of the waiter following Helen Hunt in 'As Good as it Gets!'. I literally walked over and he said "20 euros, if you dont want it, move for someone else". I hadnt even put my towel down!

    Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, been a couple of times and still loads left to visit. Ideal for those who prefer a quieter resort but with plenty to do. Can recommend Iguana bar, Olive Tree restaurant and Bullhorn restaurant.

    Great holiday (For first time in Greece), we really enjoyed the hotel & facilities, we felt very welcomed by the owners & staff everybody is very friendly & they offer you everything that you need so that you have a comfortable stay. I recommend it to anybody that wants to visit Zakynthos, very close to all amenities which made it very easy for us to get around to where we needed to go. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK & HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR!!

    Clean and well maintained hotel. Lovely gardens and pool. Excellent variety for both dinner and breakfast. Short walk to Kalamaki beach in one direction and to the shops/restaurants & bars in the other. Staff friendly, attentive and professional. Not too far from the airport (€13 taxi) Tour excursions will pick you up from the front of the hotel.
