The staff were very friendly & helpful. The property has rustic charm. It was clean comfortable & spacious & very good value (even allowing for bus/taxi fares) The property is sited a short distance from the main road, but far enough away to be peaceful

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Maria and Denisa were exceptional. Gave us good ideas of places to visit and things to do. They always ensured we were happy and comfortable. The room was also comfortable and the private jacuzzi was so relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Babis provided with a welcome drink. and offered for airport transport as well for early morning flight. Bus stop is just 4-5 min walk from hotel. not much climbing involved. well maintained pool. overall great experience.

    Fairly quiet and laid back village within around 20 minutes walk of Fira. Bus took around 10 minutes into Fira cost was 4 euros. Lots of lovely places to eat in the village, we preferred this to going into Fira as it was so bust there.

    Karterados is not as touristy or expensive as Fira and Oia.

    Karterados is not as touristy or expensive as Fira and Oia. It is nice to mix with the locals. However you can walk to Fira with a view of the Caldera in 10-20 mins. FThere are some good restaurants, notably Katerinas for authentic Greek dishes, and Tabasco for delicious pizzas.

    Karterados has the great advantage of having everything you need around without the noise of Fira, and yet just a 15-minute walk away from it. Strategic location for your stay in Santorini. There is a good restaurant on the expensive side, and an exceptional meze place. Close to bus stop. Suggested.

    Location makes a car almost necessary, because it is a long walk to Fira and the bus station. However once you get to Fira, and there is a regular bus, you can travel extensively by bus. Accomodation here is cheaper as the location is not ideal for a holiday.

    Simply delightful!

    Simply delightful! Irene and staff are very kind, attentive and competent. The room, the garden, the breakfast, the service, all is perfect. I will return and recommend. Feel at home. Simple but good restaurants nearby, good price. Mini markets, cafeteria etc. Tour in the Santorini is highly recommended also, nice places to visit, and return by yourself. Akrotiri is special.

    The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at!

    The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is gorgeous and at a good walking distance from Fira or the bus stop. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast is great too. There are weekly activities such as dinners and movie nights as well. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

    Fantastic find....to have such a beautiful, clean, friendly small hotel with great facilities in a very good location was amazing. All the staff were extremely welcoming and sorted out a room issue for me in an exceptional way. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was as good as it could be. I was very appreciative of their efforts, and I would not stay anywhere else on Santorini. I intend to return to experience their hospitality again. I cannot speak highly enough of Pension George.

    We congratulate all the staff at Maistros Village, especially Roza who is nice and always available, Panagiotis who solves any problem, Nikolas who gives good advice about Santorini and is a good person, Ori young and always courteous. and finally a big thank you to the Hotel Director who was understanding and in all circumstances, good at managing and training this group of kids.     The Hotel is conveniently located close to the bus stop that takes you all around Santorini. Karterados is just 5 min drive to main town Fira. The owner of the hotel is super helpful and always available for any queries, felt at home for my stay in Santorini. Breakfast is included and the room is cleaned every day. Will definitely recommend Ikaros for a stay on the island! Thanks for the lovely stay.

    Lovely hotel that had everything we needed! Was a short 30-minute walk into town or easy bus. Able to get around Santorini without hassle. Staff were very kind and friendly and able to organise transfer to and from port/airport. Pool was so lovely and had sun all day long

    The location was great, as it's between the airport and Theira (about 15 mins walking distance). In addition, the hotel is located in a very quiet town, which was much preferred as Santorini can be pretty noisy during the summer.
