Everything . Have been to Poliana many times and can’t fault it. Properties are fabulous, great views, warm pools and very clean . They have everything exactly right from the warm welcome by Kiki to all the staff who are exceptionally friendly. Will obviously be back - should we keep it a secret ….

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return someday! Our room was so spacious and homely. It had a fully equipped kitchenette with a small stove and cutlery, as well as a range of books on the shelf. The balcony is huge and has an incredible view of the beach. It also had a clothesline with pegs which was very useful. Bathroom was clean and modern. The private beach is pure bliss, only a short walk through the olive tree garden to the back of the hotel. Breakfast was beautiful, lots of fresh ingredients from the garden and homemade items. The owners were very warm and accommodating - everything was perfect!

Only stayed one night at the end of our 16 night trip but very impressed by the facilities in the room. Enough storage space for a fortnight’s holiday if required, decent hanging space for dresses, easy to operate safe at convenient level, insect screens on all windows, large fridge, spacious walk-in shower. Good choice at breakfast, enjoyed the bread. Private car park just over the road was very useful. Very short walk to the beach and good tavernas. We were pleased that the bar was open for a drink after dinner.

The apartment is amazing! Huge, modern, with all expected facilities, room, toilets and living room are well maintained and clean. It is right in front of the beach and it has a pool behind. Everything is amazing there (see the pics!). It also has parking for the customers so no need to worry about parking in the small town. Everything is close by and it is totally a wonderful experience.

Polyana Estate is located in a wonderful landscape - open sea on one side, beautiful mountains on the other. 2 lovely pools allow you to enjoy this wonderful view.
