We were really pleased with the hotel as it was so centrally located. Part of the hotel has been recently renovated and for a 3* City hotel it was an excellent choice for us! The breakfast was perfect and the coffee really good. We are both quite fussy about our coffee and it was a good quality one - not too strong but not too weak. It is a really important choice I believe - which coffee is served during breakfast. Thank you for that - we gave 10 out of 10!The actual choice of breakfast was really good enough. This a 3* hotel was better than many. The staff including the room service lady, reception & the bar man were absolutely great at their jobs. They showed us they all had real passion to do their jobs well and this was really noticable - again 10 out of 10! The actual room was fine and the bed mattress was the best for me - the firmest I ever slept on as I have a major back problem.

The staff is very kind. The hotel is very well located, there are many pubs and restaurants, I got a very good room. I read some reviews complaining about the noise coming from these pubs. I arrive on Saturday and there were a lot of people in the street, but I didn't hear any noise. The room had all I needed and bed was very comfortable.
