Wonderful facility and hosts! Easy to enjoy all of Skopelos island but especially Elios where everything is walkable from the location including beautiful beaches, super market, pharmacy, restaurants. Also very comfortable to stay on site with balcony and pool for the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Studio Anna and Neo Klima. We stayed at a spatious one bedroom apartment with seaview. The whole place was very clean. The bed at the main bedroom was of extremely good quality, surprising for a holiday home. The kitchen space was small but enough for preparing simple meals. The whole unit was cool, we rarely used the AC. Nothing to complain about, we would go back gladly :)

    Neo Klima is a tranquil cute village with an authentic vibe and reasonable prices at the tavernas. It is a very good place to rent a boat and explore all the nice beaches at the south of the island. Best thing is that you have the beach and the small port in the city center and you walk around 5 min from your accommodation to reach them. This is not the case in Skopelos and Glossa which are overcrowded and don't have nice beaches. In Neo Klima you also have another a bit wilder beach called Hovolos which can be reached by walking - just need to have good shoes to cross on some rocks, etc. and bring your own umbrella. If I visit Skopelos again some day, I will definitely choose Neo Klima as my base.

    It was better in the past years.

    It was better in the past years. Now it is full of uncivilized tourists who rent motorbikes and run the engine extremely loud in the middle of the night while speeding on the main road. It is noisy (motorbikes, loud music sometimes) and has an inconvenient bus schedule. If you want to go to Skopelos town or Kastani Beach (Mamma Mia) you have to wake up early to catch the 8:20 bus or wait for the next one at 14:50 (in the middle of the heat).

    The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for...

    The location in Elios (Neo Klima) is the perfect spot for different kinds of holidays. There are plenty of hiking possibilities in the hills, and we went hiking through the exotic Greek landscape and the especially green forests of Skopelos. From the highest points of the island, there are beautiful views of the island and the Aegean Sea, of the Agios Ioannis (the Mama Mia Church) and of old olive groves. There are also plenty of fantastically beautiful beaches in reach by foot, bike or bus. There are beaches with music, sunbeds and drinks, and there are more remote beaches within a few kilometres. Also a holiday with children is perfect at Delphi Hotel with the nice pool and playground. There is a busstop right outside af the hotel with 4 connections daily in both directions of the island.

    Unforgettable experience, mesmerizing landscape of the island, excellent value for the money, beautiful suite, in excellent condition, fully equiped kitchenette, in front of Elias beach, Hovolo beach, next to beach, market, bakery, restaurant, tavernas, bus station, main road Neo Klima. Very hospitable and kind owner Meri (does not understand english, so Google translator tends to help a lot;), cleaning service every day, drinkable water, everything was amazing. Island is as it is shown in Mamma Mia movie - unforgettable.

    This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!!

    This is the best area for accommodation in Skopelos island!! We absolutely loved it and my favourite area where we stayed out of 3 weeks in Greece! Wish we didn’t have onwards transport booked so we can stay for longer than 3 nights. And wish we came straight here instead of staying in Skopelos town for the first 2 nights. It’s in the best area to stay in Skopelos island as it’s walking distance to Kastani beach (you get a beautiful hike out of it as a bonus). It’s right next to the beautiful beach of Hovolo with stunning views and sunsets. We rented a car from the local car rental and drove around to the main sights of the island which were closer to here than the main town. The local bus stops 2 mins away and so does the ferry shuttle bus. The Neo Klima village gave us an authentic Greek experience compared to the touristic village of Skopelos. There was loads of tavernas open nearby with very cheep and tasty food! A supermarket, a bakery, a cafe and loads of friendly locals.

    Nea Klima is tranquil small fishing and tourist village. It has access to excellent beaches and one beach bar, excellent bakery, taverna, market. All is nearby. Is near to the port of Lutraki but also close to all other beaches and the old town of Skopelos.

    Super location outside Neo Klima, nice room with a lovely view from the balcony. We had to spend three full days in the room to waiting out the the heavy storm that hit Greece in early September and were happy to be able to do it at this location. Daily cleaning and new sheets and towels every few days, plus beach towels supplied. There is a private beach just a few minutes away (steep!), and the sunset views are great.

    The studio is near to the marina and the beach. There is a Sunset bar on the beach where you can watch the beautiful sunset. The room was spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen. Katerina is a very nice, friendly woman. She recommended me where to go for a great meal. The little town of Neo Klima is a very nice, quiet place. I highly recommend the accommodation.

    Perfect position for visiting Skopelos, in a very quiet village with all facilities nearby. Katerina is a perfect host, helping us renting the car and advising the best places for eating in Neo Klima. The room was very comfortable, very clean and has the air conditioning.     Very good owner Kostas - provided us with everything we asked (sunumbrella, aditional towels), helped us with buses as well.Apartments is good - clean, good bads, kitchen and everything needed for vacation is included . HOTEL IS 6- 7 minutes from sea beach.

    Very nice and welcoming hosts. The hotel is situated on a quiet street near a park, no traffic around. The rooms are very comfortable - clean and spacious. The town has everything you need - taverns, supermarkets, ATM, pharmacy.
