The best thing about the place is that it has a large court, with natural shadow and that it is very clean and generally very quiet. It is very easy to find, with good parking places. It has water both at the entrance and on the balconies so that we can remove any remaining sand and avoid carrying it in the rooms. The rooms are proper and cleaning is well preserved. It is close to some very nice beaches (only by car). I do not understand / and have not seen absolutely anyone walking to the nearest beach (it takes I think 10 min fully exposed to the sun and through some smelling and dirty lakes/ ponds). The people are very very nice and helpful.

The hotel is not in the centre of town but close enough to walk there to use the spa facilities. The owner and his staff are very pleasant and helpful so that you feel at ease and at home. We had a room at the front with a balcony and the view is beautiful. It’s very clean and the beds are good. Breakfast, which is excellent, is delivered to your room and can be eaten on the balcony. Hotel Fani is comfortable and affordable and I would recommend this hotel to anybody and will certainly stay there again on my next trip to Evia.

We spent 11 days in this apartment. It’s was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Great location, 5 minutes to the beach and markets. But the best was the landlady Vasiia!
