Maria’s is a wonderful host. The house is tastefully decorated throughout with beautiful pottery pieces and the view to the bay is stunning. Maria gave us lovely welcoming goods, which included freshly baked cake, local honey and jam and plenty of water. On our last day, Maria kindly let us leave our cases in the house whilst we visited the neighbouring villages, as our ferry back to Athens was only at 4pm. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay and we hope to return one day soon. 🙏❤️

The property was brilliantly located - right in the middle of Platis Gialos and literally on the beach. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, the facilities were spotless and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful! We would absolutely stay here again, and would book for longer than we did.

The accommodation was fantastic and Athina and her sister were there for anything we needed. The pool area was so relaxing and had a magnificent outlook.

We were late arriving and the owner waited up for us which was very kind. The room was wonderful, overlooking the gorgeous pool, clean and large with a full kitchen area with enough cooking faciities and table. The air conditioning was a bonus and the shower was fine with plenty of hot water. It was cleaned on a daily basis and fresh bedding and towels replaced. We had breakfast the next morning which was great but the portions were so big!! We felt awful because we couldn't eat it all! The pool was wonderful and always plenty of sun loungers to spend lazy afternoons. Platis Yalios is exceptional..great foodie restaurants, bars and shops. The local buses as great to use and regular. In fact we wished we coud have stayed longer...Oh well we will defintey return! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

great location to the beach - just a few minutes walk. incredible value for money. rita was so helpful to me when i needed to contact our previous accomodation for lost property, even gave me some homemade baking while i got it sorted!
