The apartment deserves 5 stars. It is comfortable, excellently equipped, and beautifully designed. The stunning paintings on the walls create a homely atmosphere. Located not far from Dubrovnik, it is a great starting point for exploring the city and its surroundings. Situated in a peaceful area, it also welcomes pets. I highly recommend it!

Magdalena was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had our own parking spot. The location is excellent as you are away from the centre but still you can access the old town in 10 minutes by car. We used Magdalena's suggestions for garages near the old town.

Excellent location for a night's stopover to visit Dubrovnik. The apartment is stylish and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Garage parking is a bonus. Comfortable bed.The public transport links are brilliant - very regular bus service to and from the Old Town. Marija is a friendly host and I recommend.
Mokošica is a dormitory suburb of Dubrovnik. It is not interesting or particularly attractive per se, but is an excellent base to visit the Old Town (just 10 min. by bus) and to explore the surrounding area by car -- from Cavtat in the SE to Ston in the NW.

The roads were mixture of loads of corners and bends but drivers are so fantastic and professionals. We ate at pizza laus which was so close to the apartment and the beautiful bāckerei which is opposite the bus stop. Also the Asian restaurant by the bus stop in town.

It's like any other typical suberb. 10-12 kms away from main town centre. Nothing much to see and do there except a few of restaurants but it's quite accessible from Dubrovnik Old Town by Taxi/Uber so commute is not a big issue. If you can afford it then best to stay near to the Dubrovnik Old Town to get the best out of your stay

Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, shops and restaurants open every day, until late. Excellent public transport, regular and cheap. Swimming is allowed almost everywhere, clean sea water. Beaches are mostly stone/pebble, only very few sand.
Nova Mokošica has two very good local restaurants: Laus and Šica. Large portions, small prices. The staff speak English.
Because of the landscape, walking means using stairs, a lot. Dubrovnik and its surroundings are not for people with a walking impairment or for people who tire easily.
Stari grad (Old City) is both interesting and a tourist trap. Every third shop sells Game of Thrones stuff. If, like me, you never watched GoT this is really annoying.

If you are planning via public transport, watch out for exact public transport bus number as both 1a and 1b are named as Mokosica/Nova mokosica but drop yo at places which can be really really far off from your hotel.

Unfortunately, the host's extraordinary perception of the guest (visitor) as an active actor in the tourism business chain cannot be compared to the attitude of local "domestic" tourists and some locals who are not active in the "tourism service" (neighbors of the house we stayed in). Unfortunately, they divide guests between desirable and undesirable on a national basis.
As guests, we have felt this extremely well at least twice in 8 days on small but important matters, such as parking the car or giving general information.
We consider ourselves among the "frequent traveler's" guests (since we travel regularly), so we argue that as Slovenes in the neighboring country we are much more undesirable than, say, Austrians, Germans or other guests from more distant countries in Croatia. However, we still point out that due to the proximity of the destination, knowledge of the local language, natural beauty and the givenness of Croatia, we return to the location. Undoubtedly, we broadened our horizons while visiting the entire "Dubrovnik Republic".
That is why, last but not least, we appreciate the effort and hospitality of the host all the more.

A very comfortable and friendly stop-off as we were driving through Croatia. It's a nice distance from Dubrovnik by car or bus, about 10mins for either. The rooms are basic but great value for money compared to other options in and around Dubrovnik - so no complaints. As we arrived late, it was great to find there was a restaurant below the rooms serving good seafood, pizza and more. The hotel overlooks a very beautiful estuary with nice views from some of the rooms. Free parking outside the hotel was also a big plus for us.
The boss Seao is a super nice guy, he picks me up directly from the terminal of airport shuttle even there is bus can bring me directly to the appartement. And he can figure out all problem that I have and give the best suggestions for my vacation! The ambiance is very familiar. Very good place to meet other guests!!! The 🍇 of the garden is so good. This is one of the best experiences when I travel!! The location of hotel is very good, the bus 1A brings us directly to old city.
The hotel is located in a quiet town a 20 minutes bus ride from Old Town Dubrovnik. It's position alongside the river is lovely. The rooms are well appointed and there's a terrace on the first floor. The breakfast is simple but fulfilling, with eggs made to order. The hotel has its own parking spaces.
There's no elevator.
Nice and comfortable stay. The staff was really nice. I would recommend it 100 percent.
I took bus1A from Dubrovnik to Hotel and it stopped right in front of the hotel. They have a very nice restaurant downstairs the owners are really nice. I loved everything. There are grocery store right next to the property.
The villa was spacious, modern and finished to a very high specification. We arrived late in the evening and Ivana, our host, had kindly left Food and drinks for us. The villa is set on a hillside overlooking Mokosica, which can be viewed by the poolside terrace. A beautiful villa.
