Absolutely amazing staff. Friendly and helpful at any time. The hotel itself is conveniently located, especially for airport guests. I spent 7 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay, even though I wasn't flying in/out. Lovely town with great people. Can recommend it for a stay, even if you don't need to catch a flight. Great value for money. It mainly caters to Asian guests, but as a westener from Germany I didn't miss anything. Even at breakfast I was served fried eggs, which was not a buffet item. Thanks!

    The Mega Shopping Mall was great. New and Big. Nice restaurants inside. Good for those who love shopping. We ate in a nice restaurant with local food dishes. 1 Very Strong PLUS Point is that Batam Center is located just near the Ferry Terminal! That's why we chose here in the 1st place!

    A pretty nice place if you are looking for a short vacation there have nice massage places which is pretty affordable. There lots of local food options and places to visit & also quite a few places with western food as well which are pretty nice to explore. Cafes has been poping quite a bit in batam which are also a nice place to visit if you are looking for a good cup of coffee. other than that they have very good seafood with very affordable price which are nice and tasty

    Obviously because of the currency differences, taxi and meals were extremely better. but because of the cost of the ferry ride to and from Batam, it all comes to the same. Unless you're staying for 3 nights or more it wouldn't be worth it. Then again, there's really nothing much to see or do in Batam. Shopping isn't all that great.

    Central ferry location connected to megamall one stop shop mall. Hotels nearby eg Harris and several airbnbs. within megamall, Spa, clothes, hypermart, activities for kids eg timezone, cinema. Matahari, great food options.

    Rooms were big and well maintained. Bathrooms were clean. Service by the staff was good. Very near to batam center so if you are coming by ferry you just need to cross the road and you reach the hotel. Everything very near the hotel..Overall a good stay for 2 days. We would definately recommend this place
