For sure, the location is awesome! If we need anything, we just go to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. For this trip, we notice in our room, the shower was perfect For hot and cold water. Before this trip, we got not good shower. The receiptionist, concierge,f& b also housekeeping were great! Please keep it up good work! The food was great as well, they provide sahur for muslim who does Ramadhan Fasting, the menu was awesome. Overall we were a happy customer.

All, It was for me an sentimental trip home to the past and all aspects of this has been provided by the staff, the hotel the facilities and the atmosphere. I have felt so happy and so relaxed and so safe and so welcomed. There is no negative word to speak out on this hotel! All is an score 10+ as an minimum.
