Located in Nusa Dua, Grand Hyatt Bali offers spacious rooms with private balconies. It features 5 outdoor pools, a well-appointed spa and 8 dining options. Free parking is provided.

Not too accommodating and not too organised at arrival and when we went for breakfast. Other than that all ok and we were pleased with the room and the facilities. Beach is rocky on many locations and not the best. Environment is good and place is clean. Staff at pool and house keeping very friendly. Waiting at arrival was not pleasant as the reception was disorganised. Breakfast again was disorganised and we had to change table a couple of times due to disorganisation of staff. Overall acceptable but not the best for the price paid.

Walking distance to beach, close to Nusa Dua restaurant complex/shops…beautiful room, very clean, amazing staff…really the staff stands out. Also a great rooftop pool and restaurant (the food is amazing at Roost). I’m very picky when it comes to mattresses and pillows. The bed is huge but it’s really 2 mattresses stuck together. So not comfortable. And the pillows could be refreshed.

Staff was really nice and helpful! Location was really good, not far away from beach. Value for the price - perfect. Next time I’ll stay there definitely again.

I'd give it a 10/10, but the room's humidity is a real problem. If you don't use the AC, the floor gets soaking wet, and it somehow fried my laptop! I think the motherboard's toast because of the humidity. But other than that, it was great.

The swimming pool is amazing big and clean , the room was also big. Breakfast was decent. We stayed for new years and the fireworks were very nice.

    Breakfast was outstanding. I really enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice and plate full of fruit. Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly, they went out of their way to please the guest. AC was superb and was an icebox. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

    We liked our guide who helped us see the Waterfalls, Rice fields, Monkey national Park,Big Hindu Temple with 3 bathing area., local markets in area, Pujung Kelod-Tegallalang-Gianyar Coffee and Tea Planation. Great place to sample their products. Felt comfortable and very relaxed inNusa Dua, Easy to get around with our driver and guide. We are young at heart but we are in our late 70s early 80s.. Really enjoyed our adventures. All of it was our favorite spot.

    Feels safe but isolated from Balinese culture. Bigger restaurants generally overcharge for food/drinks/atmosphere but some good value small establishments with great food and cheap. Suggest you visit convenience stores in the street for cold drinks/water to go and save yourself a fortune (plenty of nibbles too). Fumes and noise from watersports can become a nuisance for some and shade-seeking very competitive!

    Nusa Dua was a bit disappointing.

    Nusa Dua was a bit disappointing. We didn't go to the other parts of the city so cannot compare the beach and cleanliness against this area. The beaches had garbage and the water was murky close to the shore (got cleaner looking if you swam out further). We could see employees at the various resorts cleaning up the garbage but it was difficult to enjoy swimming when it didn't feel clean. Outside of the resort areas, it felt chaotic and loud on the street. Lots of small shops and restaurants so it is easy to find places to shop and eat. People were very friendly and welcoming.

    Excellent 5 star hotel with delicious breakfast and excellent service by hotel staff. Always greeting with a smile. There is shopping in the hotel with a variety of street vendors on the way to the restaurant or pools. Also the hotel is 10 minutes near the shopping complex called Bali collection. There area are many restaurants within 10 minutes walk if you wanted to eat outside which will be verygood quality and value for money. Overall the hotel is in a beautifully maintained garden complex of other 5 star hotels in a gated area so you feel really safe and comfortable walking around. Not that it's unsafe to walk to a restaurant outside this gated complex in any way. It's not a new hotel so does require some maintenance. The entrance is massive and the location is superb. My only negative impression is that I was given a slip to have a welcome drink from the downstairs restaurant. This should be done in reception or just before going to the reception which would create a more welcoming feel.

    Everywhere and anywhere you wanted to eat or drink was incredibly affordable The Happy Buda sports bar and restaurant was fabulous. They went out of the way to decorate for my sons 40th birthday when we booked just a few nights before the date. ALL the staff were EXCEPTIONAL

    We have traveled to Bali on multiple occasions, and this was our first stay in Nusa Dua, both my husband, and I said that we will only stay in Nusa Dua if we were to travel to Bali again. It is a lot quieter than Kuta, Legian and Seninyak, however, it is a lot cleaner and a much nicer beach

    I really enjoyed my stay in Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua. The staff offered me free upgrade to suite room and it was superb for the last night in Bali as our honeymoon-like trip for my wife and me because it was first trip without children after honeymoon. I really appreciate for the free upgrade to suite room. In addition, all the staff I encountered were very kind, helpful and always making happy smile to us. It was one of unforgetful, pleasant memories I've ever had in my life.

    Gorgeous hotel with lovely, friendly staff. The spacious rooms were great, and they were kind enough to arrange a connecting room for our family. The hotel was meticulously clean, and we enjoyed the magnificent pool view as well as the compact and versatile gym. It's located about a 15-minute walk away from the Bali Collection shopping area on a clean and comfortable pedestrian street. It's also easy to grab a taxi to Nusa Dua and Jimbaran beaches and restaurants.

    Excellent location, outstanding balinese architecture, very friendly staff, specially Kantun, nice and friendly, the hotel has 3 pools, all of them very clean and not crowded at all, so you can have a peaceful rest. I highly recomend this hotel, even when it has a very low puntuation. This hotel its even Better than the ones next to it, the beach is even cleaner than Merusaka and Nusa Dua Resort
