Super staff and a warm welcome. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was fab! Nice food in the Bistro.

We stayed in room 1063, that has an awful drainage issue , the smell never left the room for the 2 days/nights. We only had a tiny window as it was on the ground floor , the door was locked.we asked to open as the smell was awful, but it was a safety issue to leave open.the door to the room needed to be locked and chain added as it didn’t close fully.
