The front desk manager Ana was wonderful! We had a few glitches during our stay and she resolved them all quickly and with a smile. We truly appreciated her help for all our needs while we were there.
Also, the music in Buskers was exceptional (and fun)!

The porter, Conor, was a fabulous help to us. Also the waiter Jordan was brilliant in the restaurant. Food was great. This is a really nice hotel. Highly recommend!

The staff was particularly helpful. We arrived in Dublin early, and they were very friendly and helpful in letting us store our luggage while we went out sightseeing. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Highly recommend.

1) Perfect location as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
2) The staff is fantastic. Every single person is so friendly and helpful. Honestly, I have never seen more friendly staff than these people. Catherine, Melisa and Phil, these people are truly assets to this company.
3) Breakfast is so good. After that full Irish breakfast, I couldn’t eat anything for lunch. I was so full.
Hotel was clean. Breakfast was generous. The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Our request for rooms next to each other in a quiet part was granted.
Nice clean room, 20 min from the airport, 30 min to the city centre by bus ( bus stop just in front of the hotel). Bar in the hotel for the last drink.
