The Menlo Park Hotel was very clean. The Front Desk / Admissions ladies were especially helpful and patient. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent. The other restaurant and small bar was very inviting and the food was tasty!

Great value for money pleasant staff. The hotel is located not far from the center and close to everything with free breakfasts and parking.

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in we were given a room that was of lower class than the one we had booked. On reclamation the misstake was immediately corrected and we got a junior suite, a room better than the one we had booked. Very well handled!

This is very much a family hotel, set up for families. There's a pool and a laundry room and laundry service. We stayed in a family room for four and it was perfectly fine because our intention was to go visit the area around. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and that was pretty good.

The location was great. Breakfast and bar staff great...... Front desk often doesn't have a clue.

The rooms feature a comfortable bed and a marble bathroom with designer toiletries. Rooms also feature a flat-screen chromecast TV, complimentary WiFi and press reader.

Found the hotel lovely, food was good, location good too. Mixed staff, some were really lovely. 2 girls on reception on the evening, one was really nice and helpful, other was very abrupt and not friendly. Same in the restaurant, 1 blonde girl was very unhelpful, did not want to be there! Others were very nice. Overall the hotel was lovely, great for kids and great value
