Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable apartment. Having an electric blanket on the bed was a lovely touch! Bed was very comfortable. The oven was great, we made homemade pizza! The shower was great, lovely and hot. Location is great, feels remote but only a 4 minute drive to shops, bars and restaurants.

Beautiful location in central Donegal. Large, 3-br, 3-bath cottage with beautiful view over valley. Perfect location for scenic touring of northern Donegal. Host Seamus gave us lots of touring and dining tips. Lovely fireplace with a pile of peat! This might have been the best place we stayed in our 3-weeks in Ireland.

Excellent facility, we stayed in the cottage, which was great. Fell asleep to the sound of waves from the ocean nearby. Remote location, but absolutely beautiful. Very nice staff and a great breakfast!

Dunfanaghy is a fantastic Spot to holiday in.

Dunfanaghy is a fantastic Spot to holiday in. Lots of little restaurants like Lizzie's for great food (Seafood Chowder is a must!). We loved getting our walk around Horn Head and went for a little swim in the water at Marble Hill Beach. We visited for the Blues and Jazz festival.

Beautiful part of the country. So much to explore.

Beautiful part of the country. So much to explore. We had 5 nights and could have stayed longer exploring. Kids loved heading to beech even in evening after a day out. Was great to have a few options close by. Few nice places to eat. Some of local shops a bit dearer for groceries but that's to be expected in a holiday town. You won't go hungry or bored in Dunfanaghy. We had the car so got to explore further but still would have liked some more time. We were blessed with the weather but regardless its a beautiful part of the country rain or shine

A beautiful spot with a wide beach and another down the road which was very safe and ideal for children. A great choice of places to eat, mostly beautifully cooked food. Live traditional music in an informal setting.

The house just outside Dunfanaghy was a great location for exploring the area. The beaches were awesome but the weather wasn't good enough to make full use.....that's just how it goes....just means I'll need to go again. There were plenty of other things to see and do that kept us out of rain showers. The Wild Atlantic Way drive is amazing. Glenvaegh castle is well worth a visit and if it's dry that area would be great for walking. Evening in Dunfanaghy listening to traditional music in the pub was great too. Letterkenny good for a shopping trip.

Dunfanaghy itself could have maybe another shop or two for appealing to tourists. I noticed bus trips stop there. Unfortunately a derelict hotel opposite Arnold’s hotel is a bit of an eye sore. Have heard it may have been purchased by a new owner so that may improve things.Arnold’s itself has good outdoor appearance. In general seems a friendly community , and near a number of picturesque and beautiful beaches.

This house was very spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. The hosts thought of everything with plenty of food in the kitchen, towels in the bathrooms and lots of books and colouring books for kids. The location was very good, a short walk to Port na Blagh and a short spin into Dunfanaghy. We had a great time here and would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfasts was amazing, everything prepared with care, and attention to detail. Great choice from the cereals, juice, breads ( divine), fruits and the cooked breakfast too. Better than the best breakfast I have had in any 4/5 star hotel.

Wide range of breakfast options. Nice to have breakfast served at the table instead of having to help yourself as in most other hotels. View over the sea. Helpfulness of staff. Comfortable room and beds.
