Elizabeth was a great host; she provided a home-cooked breakfast with locally sourced ingredients from Monaghan, which was fantastic. The rooms were cute and cozy. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very friendly, with excellent water pressure. This was our first overnight stay in Ireland in a commercial, non-hotel environment. We didn't know what to expect from the B&B experience, and overall, it was great. Our host was very knowledgeable of things to do and places to stay in the other cities of Ireland we were traveling to.

John was the perfect host. Excellent breakfasts. Great insights into where to go and what to do. He engaged in long conversations on everything from local entertainment to thoughtful comparisons of history and governments. My room was comfortable; it had a great view. A shared common room had even better views, and it was great for planning the next several days. I stayed for over a week and will return.

Go to the SVP charity shop!
Go to the SVP charity shop! We passed through on the way to Donegal and found some of the best bargains of our lives.
Neighbourhood is a lovely dinner spot, if on the expensive side. Lovely bakery/café nearby also but the name escapes me.
The local shopping centre is a nice spot

The property was clean and practical. We had a wedding in a local hotel, it was convenient to the hotel. Gareth very friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation.
The owners are lovely and the house is gorgeous. Really spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We could walk 20mins into the town centre. Excellent value for money.
