United KingdomHad a lovely relaxing stay here and to be honest could have stayed on. It’s somewhere to go if you want to switch off and chill. Cabin was clean, comfy, warm and quiet. We didn’t meet the hosts (self check in) but any messages were replied to quickly. We received a lovely welcome pack, different to anywhere we’ve stayed before. We brought our wee beagle and he enjoyed it too. As usual Donegal beaches are amazing. Highly recommend this lovely wee gem.

Location is just perfect to discover the beauties of Donegal county: all the touristic spots are on reach from the venue. The hosts are super nice and extremely welcoming: they make you feel comfortable in any possible way. plenty to do and see great beaches nearby , interesting local museum next door to the hotel great walks on the nearby bluestak mountains ,,and many interesting historical sites worth visiting . good river fishing in Glenties and the Highlands Hotel provided excellent accommodation ,with excellent choice for dinner menu very good value and the overnight bed and breakfast was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding , the Highlands Hotel was first class in everyway and the staff made my visit vert enjoyable Richard CruiseGuest review byAnonymous
