Such friendly staff who were always smiling and always very happy to help, especially at our dinner in the oak restaurant, 2 very comfortable beds, tasty food. Love the Elemis products and the dyson hairdryer! Such a nice stay thank you

The service could have been better in the restaurant in the evening. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Hotel was lovely , we did however find a big hair ball in the front room of the apartments , room was excellent size was amazing , beds were terrible very uncomfortable 4 of us stayed in room 122 and 3 of us had one of the worst night sleeps ever. Pool was great staff for the pool excellent, dinner was nice bar staff good , overall we enjoyed the stay as a family but the beds/pillows stops this from being an exceptional review
