Location was ideal, in the centre of the village. The breakfast was tasty and beautiful sea views from the breakfast room. Bar food menu catered for all and food was nice. Bar staff very pleasant and friendly.
This hotel is on the shores of Galway Bay, 10 minutes from the West’s most vibrant city, offering spectacular views over unspoiled sea, landscapes and the hotel’s own extensive grounds.

Our room was extremely hot. The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Otherwise it was good.

The owners were remodeling and we had an issue with staying in the room. They went above and beyond to find us another place to stay and set us up real great, very hospitable! It was our first night in Ireland and it was a good welcome. The small village by the sea was a nice relaxing stay to launch us off on the Aran Islands the next day.
Loch Nuala offers accommodations in Galway, 14 miles from Eyre Square and 14 miles from Galway Railway Station. With free private parking, the property is 14 miles from St.

It was a lovely guesthouse! The hosts were very friendly. I liked the lay out of the house. It was cozy and had beautiful views. Everything appeared clean to me.

Easy parking and the apartment was well appointed, and comfortable access to the waterfront was a pleasant walk and lived the neighborly cows and sheep. Glad to have a washing machine.
Located in its own private grounds, this 4-star hotel offers spacious, elegant rooms. It is only 20 minutes’ walk from Galway’s center and 5 minutes' walk from the nearest shopping center.

Location was central to everything, the pier, shops and church. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great for a quiet getaway with friendly staff. Fabulous food served and wonderful scenery, will definitely be back.

Was visiting the Aran Island & stayed two nights in Spiddal. It's a lovely village & very friendly & very good location to ferry port. Two pubs, one very good restaurant, Blath Fiain, a garage, convenience store. ALL very good. For us two nights was sufficient.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating.
Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Beds were comfy and the curtains blocked out the light really well. The parking was abundant, free and literally in front of the property. The soft duvets and mattresses caressed us caringly as we slept through the night unaware of what awaited us in the morning. I went for a dip in the sea, which was freezing, and returned to the hotel expecting a sneaky little breakfast. I was wrong, the breakfast slapped so hard it made me start speaking Gaelic. The succulent scrambled eggs were perfect, as were the tantalisingly tasty grilled tomatoes, caramelised to perfection. The coffee was not remarkable, but the breakfast was gobsmackingly good. By the time the breakfast was done with me, I could barely utter a word in English and it took me all day to get back to normal. Would definitely return if I go in the area again, even if it's just to eat

If you needed a quiet spot or company it was all here, the scenery is enough to make you think you could be a poet, artist, adventurer, the locals were welcoming you to share their surroundings, the boats at the pier and lobster pots back from their early morning sailing. Along the street away from the sea note the historic buildings as the new builds blend in......

Geraldine was very nice, she even offered to drive us to town, so we can have a pint. The B&B is at a perfect location between Galway and the Aran Island ferry port. We will return. The place is recommended.

My stay at Aran View Radharc Arainn B&B just before Christmas was fantastic - the Landlady was fantastically helpful and check-in was seamless. I was told information about the local area and asked what I wanted for breakfast in the morning (which was delicious!).
The B&B was perfect for me as it was close to to Connemara airport to travel to Inis Meain for the parkrun.
Room was great... bed was comfy... free parking... good shower pressure... everything was spot on.
This property is like a home away from home. It is so comfortable, has everything you need and really allows you to relax as it is the perfect house for it! The beds were so comfortable, the couches were amazing and the facilities were top class! You are only a 2 minute drive from Spiddal and a short pleasant coastal drive to Galway city. I can’t speak highly enough about the Uplands
The property was better in reality than the photos on the website, and the location was very handy to Spiddal. We had two small dogs and Patsy was very comfortable with having them stay - which made our stay so much better.
