The room was very clean, the bed was excellent and I slept QUITE WELL! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great value for the location in comparison to other hotels I checked. A dinner was reasonably priced and delicious . We. would definitely stay there again when the need be for close proximity to the airport.

Just a 5-minute drive from Dublin Airport, Forty Four Main Street offers elegant guest rooms in the village of Swords, which dates back over 1,400 years.

The place is very close the the airport if you need a stay before your morning flight. Also it's right downtown on Main str, where you can find all kind of activities, restaurants and bars. I liked the location pretty much. The room was not so big, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Carefully restored to retain the character of the original Roganstown House, this is a magnificent Georgian house on the 300-acre Roganstown Estate. It features an AA Rosette award-winning restaurant....

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a large, beautiful room with a great shower. The bar served tasty food at reasonable prices and poured a great pint. Also, the location was just a little north of Dublin in a serene wooded area.

In a country setting the Evergreen Bed & Breakfast is just a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport. Each large room has a private patio door entrance and free Wi-Fi.

The Evergreen B&B was easily the most friendly, yet professional, accommodation we had in Ireland. The room was gorgeously appointed and spotlessly clean. We had a private bath and a private entrance; the room had a cozy atmosphere but also ample room for me, my husband, and our son. It was a most welcome retreat after a long day out. Our hosts, who were accessible yet discrete, clearly care about their guests’ experience.

Just a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport, Rose Cottage B&B offers free WiFi and free public parking.

Dominika was so helpful and cheerful. She generously helped us out of a tight spot with our scheduling. She was great at staying in contact and responding to questions. The room overlooked the back garden and everything was beautiful, inside and out. Everything about the room and bathroom was new and very, very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and varied, not the same as we found anywhere else. Loved this place. Cannot say enough good about it. Truly a lovely place to stay.

Staying in Swords and getting into Dublin by bus will be the smartest approach you can take to visiting Dublin. Dublin is super busy, making driving a definite no-go. Swords Manor Express is definitely the way to go. Easy, quick and a nice ride.

The Castle at Swords was very interesting and the woman manning the information center was so informative. Her knowledge of the site was a wonderful addition to our visit. Dinner at the Old School House was delicious and the staff very entertaining. It was just a short walk around the corner as well, as long as you're reasonably fit.

Having family here is the main reason for coming to swords, however it’s a lovely place with so much going on. From swords castle to the pavilion, if you fancy abit of shopping and not far from the beaches. It’s so close to the airport which makes it very convenient when you can be at your end destination in left than 40 minutes after landing. If you want to go into the city centre, hopping onto a bus is very simple.

Not for the faint of heart.

Not for the faint of heart. This property ranks at the top of the scale. Immaculate and beautifully appointed in every way. We had the deluxe king room. There is a shared kitchen with private fridges for each guest room loaded with enough food and snacks for a great breakfast. Gillian and Paschal are super hosts.

Where I stayed at in Swords was right across from the Swords pavilion, which was a very large mall that had different restaurants so it met my needs perfectly. I did not walk or ride around Swords. I basically spent more time in Dublin City. But what I did see of Swords, I would definitely recommend that it’s like a nice little cozy town.

It was busier and bigger than I expected but offered all needed. The Swords Express Bus service works really well. You need exact coins as no change nor card facilities are offered on the bus. Swords is the perfect destination for exploring the area; being close to the airport and for frequent trips into Dublin. It also gives easy access to the Motorway if you wish to explore a further afield.

Old Borough is near the Dublin airport, and a village to see outside the city of Dublin. I liked the walk on streets and the history of the place and the Old Borough. It is the combination of a pub and a hotel with limited accommodation; our room was very quiet and good for one night. It was easy to take a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The staff we met were very helpful. A curiosity: there was one window in the room and it was in the ceiling!
