I don't want to be unfair to the host who is a very pleasant guy - I don't believe the core bussiness is hosting. We should have checked the location first and used Google earth to get a better look at the offering. We were expectng something more upmarket - the problem was our research. The stay served the purpose of being close to the airport for our flight the next day.

We had a wonderful stay: we loved everything from prime location right on the beach, the beauty of views (room with balcony facing the sea, on the 13th floor), the kindness and professionalism of every employee, the fabulous pool on the roof on the 15th floor with amazing panoramic views, Daniel the swimming pool guard who kindly and graciously took
excellent photos of my family, and last but not least the wonderful breakfast on the Carlton special building across the little road on the beach, giving directly on Marina - the best views …

Havnt been cleaned the room. No towels.
Super rude staff.
Complicated to check in.
Need to wait and ask them for entrance codes. While made or clean lady bothering rudely. I been traveling over 80 countries. And first time any staff or employees was so rude to me. For no reason. Was food in fridge aint mine. Open shugar bags. Not clean at all. Dirthy actually. Many things was not cleaned for months. Like.curtins shower. Not returning ever. Not recommended. And yet i would avoid the experience can get better for same or even less money.
I try leave positive comments and this time i just cant let it go. I would ask for refund. But since i paid in advance i couldnt. So i just stayed. Shame concept is nice. They can do it better. And should not do this bad things to anyone ever again
Just a few steps from Tel Aviv's beach, Shalom Hotel & Relax offers a rooftop lounge overlooking the city and Mediterranean Sea. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout.
I will not recommend that place to no one.
Room service guy doesn’t peak one word English.
If You need something, the attendant doesn’t speak English.
The owner told me they only have bus shettke from the guest house to airport only, that was lie and good luck to find taxi there.
The room wasn’t that great.

We arrived enroute to the US with several overseas bags.
We arrived enroute to the US with several overseas bags. There is no elevator, and we were assigned a room upstairs. We used the telephone provided in the lobby to call David, who answered immediately and authorized a room change so we could stay in a room on the lobby level. We deeply appreciate his generous flexibility! Note to future travelers — there are about 10 steps leading up to the lobby door.
The room was very clean, the bed sooooo comfortable (we fought with our alarm clock when it said it was time to head to the airport!). The room was simply furnished — table, 2 chairs, refrig, plenty of pillows, good floor space for bags and shelf space for stuff. David thoughtfully provided plenty of bottled water. And the spacious backyard was a haven of green! The street and neighborhood were very quiet, and it was about a 7-8 minute walk to Faruk Cafe, a Middle Eastern kebab shop.

Nothing.
Nothing.
The pictures on Booking .com are completely misrepresented. The place is filthy and should not be advertised by you. We did not stay and returned to the airport where we slept on chairs. We request a full refund and taxi return costs.
