I liked the location. Very close to Mahne Yehuda market, and we've done great walking from the hotel to the old city by foot. There's also the tram very close for those who don't wish to walk. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok, and our room was upgraded to a bigger room without us asking for it, THANK YOU.

Hotel is rated 5 stars. Disappointed. I was looking forward to spending a week for a holiday with family.’ The room smelled stale ,stained mattress ,over all motel type room on the shabby side.,cracked paint,The rating should be much lowered.

Location was fantastic. Space for three was perfect. Bathroom was spacious boasting a bath tub shower combination AND a standing up shower. Bath was clean. That said, the bathtub and shower grout could benefit from an update/maintenance. Kitchenet, and bedrooms were clean. Bathroom towels were stiff and rough textured. Lobby was modern and inviting. We did not opt for the ₪85.00 breakfast. I would recommend the slightly less pricey bakery across the street.

Everything! The people are so nice and welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and fresh and have good closets space even though they are tiny.
