Beautiful city and very clean. The food and roads and in-roads, the culture and people remind me of Sri Lanka. Traffic is less congested than other cities in India. I enjoyed the city.
The place around and inside Jewish Quarters.
The East Indies Restaurant food was the best. Also enjoyed the Fusion Bay’s dish of various fish. Sangeeta Silk Store has good variety of clothes.

We love Fort Kochi it’s got all you need for the first few nights of your holiday, great places to eat, various shops stocking local and handmade wares, lots too see as in the Chinese fishing nets , Jew town etc and you can also relax by a pool or in the local swimming club plenty of art cafes and Ayurveda massage places be sure to have one when you visit. It’s quite cosmopolitan but not been exploited yet so very charming
3 nights is all that’s really needed here then you can move onto the backwaters, tea plantations, tiger reserves from here.

Fort Cochin is a lovely area with loads to see.
Fort Cochin is a lovely area with loads to see. I would recommend taking a two to three hour tuktuk tour to get your bearings and to give you an idea of where to go back and visit. You can easily book one of these tours when you’re in Cochin. If you like fish, this is a great location. I would say two days is the minimum time you should spend here.

Cochin is a large, dirty city, just like any other Indian city, but Fort Kochi was a delight. Spend time wandering, explore the markets, visit the heritage. Forget the beach it’s too dirty. Spend your time in Princess street for its mix of little cafes nd great coffee shops and Jew town for interesting collectibles.

Great city, friendly people and so much to explore.
Great city, friendly people and so much to explore. Don’t just visit the famous sites but get a good tuktuk driver and ask them to take you to see the ‘heart’ of the city away from the tourist parts. And make sure you take a boat trip,to see the fauna, flora and mangroves.

The hotel has a perfect location. It is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The owners are very attentive and are always available to help you in case you need anything. It has an incredible price and I totally recommend this accommodation. It is without a doubt the best value for money hotel I have stayed in on my entire trip to India.
My budget room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Laundry access was a bonus and breakfast was set on the rooftop, with views across Ernakalum. The selection was authentically Indian and delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the metro and in a neighbourhood with very reasonable eateries.
This is my third visit to this hotel with family and I feel it is best for families. The management entertains family bookings and we always feel homely and safe here. The Staffs too is very coperative
Overall, though short, the stay was comfortable. A new property, keenly built in the midst of nature, yet near airport. Seems to be a startup, the staff is really helpful. All the best to the team.
Lovely quiet countryside hotel 15 minutes from Cochin airport. Huge room, comfy beds and the best shower(hot water runs immediately). The garden and pool are great too
