Always nice to stay at the TAJ Bangalore. Got an upgrade to a suit. I always feel a little lost in such a big room. But then its a nice gesture from the management.

The hotel has become old, not good food, no good break fast options, poor bathroom condition and the construction happening of a building to the right side of the hotel is literally 3 feet away, where earlier they had their garden, so from those side rooms there is no privacy.

The property had a modern and classy design, with impressive colors and decor. The staff were exceptionally helpful and quick to assist. Since I was on a short visit to Bengaluru and had an early morning flight, I needed a place for just one night, and The Bloom proved to be an excellent choice. Although the location is near a busy main road with some construction activity, the noise wasn't an issue once inside the room. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try the food options, but I’ll definitely choose this property again for my next visit.

    Drapes were switch controlled which I was not aware of as the switch was not showing the display well..the staff could have informed, it was one bad experience as the room was not dark in the night and I had no experience with electric drape control. This is a very bad experience for me.

    Very comfortable hotel, perfect if needing a stop over before a flight. The staff are very helpful and can arrange shuttles to and from the airport (which is about a 10 minute drive). The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
