The staff were very helpful and courteous. The service was very prompt and all requests (like extra towels, extra coffee sachets) were entertained and fulfilled.
The food was really nice and there were a lot of options than I expected given it's offbeat location.
The views from our rooms were panoramic and the pretty little terrace attached to the room was a real bonus providing a lot of photo ops.

Location and view is excellent. Small staff but very efficient and on the ball with their service. The location is an hour away from Devprayag and on the way to Karnapryag. The drive is scenic and smooth and once you get to the location, you are treated to great views.

Beautiful stay in Pauri, the rooms are beautifully designed and great view is the highlight! Our pet dog also enjoyed roaming around the property and had fun. Staff was also very helpful and proactive. Good place for a chilled out vacation.
This was a perfect stay while on the way to Auli with a slight detour.

Location was top notch ,nestled in the wilderness of mountains. Meals were of decent taste and great variety. Staff was highly cooperative and always on their toes for all the service requirements.

The hotel itself is set in a beautiful location along the river Ganges. The spa facilities at the hotel were amazing, we had 2 full body massages as well as a head and shoulder and a foot reflexology. The daily yoga class and meditation were superb! All the staff - bar staff, security guard, buggy drivers, restaurant and spa were very lovely and attentive. The only gripe we had was when it came to check out, we decided to leave a day early (and was happy to pay for the night we were missing) however the manager made us feel quite uncomfortable and was rude about us having to pay the last night - which we had no issue with - but then they failed to charge us and the next days harassing us for the payment. Which we was more than willing to pay but we needed to wait for stable wifi and to check our original balance had cleared from our bank at the lower amount, however we was continued to be chased for payment even though we explored this.
Other than this we would highly recommend this hotel.
