The pool was often partly in shadow. The evening show was interesting in the first night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the doormen.
The rooms were beautiful and clean. The pool was very cool, but this was good, so you did not stay too long and had the opportunity to put more sun lotion on your skin, which was urgently needed as the UV index was extreme at the time of our stay. The hotel is situated in a less loud and wealthy location. And everything was easy to reach with a tuk tuk. You should choose this location and not a location in the centre!
Jaipur Marriott Hotel is located in the commercial area of Ashram Marg, a 6-minute drive from the International Airport of the city.

A special call out for Shrot, who made our stay a memorable experience. He was outstanding in anticipating our needs and we got what we wanted even without asking for it

We would like to mention our experience at Marriot overall as good but want to mainly highlight the fact that the lunch and dinner buffet served at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly below average. During our stay we had lunch which had options and varieties, although the food taste was not up to the mark. However, the point of dissatisfaction was when we opted for the dinner buffet as well which was served with exactly the same menu in the dinner and lunch menu (food was Repeated , which is unhealthy ) with hardly any changes. It was quite dissapointing as the prices for the buffet are already quite high and to our experience there was close to no change in the menu. We would also highlight that the breakfast menu was good and satisfying. However really disapointed with the buffets provided for lunch and dinner, i would highly recommend for the team to take measures for this.
Overall the stay, staff, & service was up to the mark.

It is costly city .

It is costly city .
1. In every fort u have to pay 50 rs each person while palace costs 250 each . So it's costly if u r visiting with family of 5-6 persons. Favourite places - nahargarh fort sunset, hawa Mahal, toran dwar (sunset), patrika gate excellent places.
2. Food is almost costly if eating in average hotels.
Getting breakfast is very difficult before 9 am. Sagar ratna is good option. For dinner rooftop skyza was excellent but music is loud.
3. Traffic is too much in all over city.

We enjoyed our visit to the Amber Fort.
We enjoyed our visit to the Amber Fort. We didn’t get a guide, but I wish we had. The Monkey Temple was fun also. Hawa Majal was not as impressive as I thought it would be. It’s so crowded on the street that it’s hard to get a good look. Really wanted to be able to shop the markets and bazaars, but it is so difficult. The crowded streets and the people trying to sell you things were so chaotic and challenging. It is not a very walkable city in my opinion. You can get a tuck tuk for not much money. Just remember to haggle for EVERYTHING.

The city has a lot to offer in terms of site seeing : Amer, Jaigarh, local markets and experiences for kids like elephant rides at Amer. Baradari was a great experience in terms of ambiance and food. Jaipuri Quilts are heavenly and shopping was fun at the old market. Certain food destinations like LMB, Chowki Dhani etc were over rated.

Jaipur is the first planned City in India.
Jaipur is the first planned City in India. Except for the very old parts, streets are wide and straight. But a lot of traffic everywhere, so going is slow. It appears to be a prosperous City, with modern architecture blended with the old. Food was excellent at the famous restaurant. Would recommend all the usual tourists sites.

my cousin and I was only staying in Jaipur for one night. The owner help us to make sure we could see the most of the city for one day. he’s friend “the driver” gave us the best tour in the city :) best review for all drivers!
when we got to the hotel you could really feel the owner has a great personality and super friendly!
definitely a place we will come back to!
And if you go as a single girl be careful - the owner is a very handsome man but wait till he gets he’s new sunglasses 😎
The best thing about the place are the people who run the place. The success of such living spaces lies in the hands of the hosts. They were great and shared a list of suggested activities and places to go around the moment we checked-in which helped a lot.
Rooms were good for the price and was of great value for a family of 5 considering that we came for a 2 day leisure trip to Jaipur and spent little but quality time in the room.
Good hot showers. Great outdoor sitting
What a wonderful surprise Trident Hotel in Jaipur was. A beautiful hotel with superb staff. This hotel is outstanding value. Super clean, wonderful restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner each day. The staff made us feel like family. My wife and I spent almost one month travelling through northern India and stayed at 7 different 5 star hotels and Trident Jaipur was amongst the best oif them all. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Jaipur.

We will come again, maybe best hotel I’ve ever been in india, really!
