Cons- 1. Exhaust bathroom not working. 2. Cable TV not working - even after reminding to the property mgr Ms. Sandhya Singh - it was not attended. 3. Tea was served in plastic cup - not hygienic & ruled out as per EHS norms. 4. Two normal glass were there in the room but both were of different pattern. 5. Used plates after meal were lying outside room even after 15 hours. 6. No Wifi - very poor wifi. 7. Stairs lighting were kept switched off even after 7 PM. 8. Very poor dinning hall help number . Hardly anyone was picking up after 8-10 calls. We had to call at reception. 9. On checkout invoice was not given & i was told to shared on whatsapp& till now not received my invoice. It seems totally managed rating on reviews. I booked the property based upon reviews. The property owner need to be alarmed & look upon at least basic features of hospitality. I will not recommend this property for anyone. Thanks& regards. Disappointed with booking.com web site

    Don't go there!!

    Don't go there!!The people are lawful and they don't allow uber . The local driver know the date I was leaving and then the asked the uber to leave. They charged 3 times do everything. There is no flowers . Just go on the Sean if u still do .

    Transport is not that good on the outskirts of Lonavala and is very expensive. I would advise anyone who is visiting to have their own mode of transport or choose your resting place near the station or bus stops. Overall its an affordable and good destination near mumbai

    Even in the hot summer, the weather was pleasant and no sweat. Places to visit in summer are Narayani Temple, Mapro Garden, Wax Museum, Tiger Point, Sun Set point etc. Had food maximum times in Meritas Adore Resort only because the Restaurant was too good for quality and variety.

    Scenic Location.

    Scenic Location. Tourist spots are ill equipped with conveniences like rest rooms or toilets. Noisy and clogged roads. virtually no Public Toilet Facilities anywhere and the few available smell terrible and are infrequently maintained. People spitting all the time and everywhere. Lots of very expensive Luxury Hotels. Great if all you want to do is get away from Mumbai City and just chill out with a Bloody Mary or G and T by the poolside for a couple of days.

    Lonavla is a great place for a short break from Mumbai city. Its crowded and tends to be noisy. But... there are villas and resorts tucked away in nice corners that do afford peace and tranquil. the road to lonavla...is less than desireable...neither is the exit route. if you do manage to get there,, the rest is usually a decent fare

    We went from Monday onwards so as to avoid the weekend crazy rush ....We stayed close to the railway station so that all the attractions were easily accessible... but then the place is equally crowded like any city ... if one stays little away from the centre of lonavala , then less crowd will be there. For eating delights, Hotel Chandralok for Thali, Golden vadapao (avoid chillies chutney), Cooper's fudge, Hotel Annapoorna can be tried surely...buy some chikki which is a local attraction...

    It was a really bad experience, nothing like what pictures and price make one think. Very poor shabby dirty and mouldy bad smell in the rooms and bathrooms.. No proper directions and maps, staff is not trained and has no answers also all the money was taken during check in so one can't even leave... Worst ever holiday I had... They are a scam... Not a 5 star resort... Not even worthy of 3 star

    At reception no one informed us about the facilities and check in/out timings. Rooms charges and facilities were of 2 star but charges of food, extra kid was of 5 star. Staff was super busy in the wedding preparation but was helpful if we asked anything. Breakfast buffet was superb.
