IndiaThe arrangements especially in the remote conditions of Pangong Lake, are quite good. Staff (Diljeet) and others are always helpful and eager to support. Dinner & breakfast menu was good too. All in all, a pleasant stay for us there.

United StatesBeware! Beware! Beware! Astrostays refused to refund my advance payment when the road was inaccessible due to weather. They also ignored Booking.com’s request on my behalf. Ladakh is a wonderful place and Ladakhi’s are deeply kind and honest. Sadly, Astrostays prioritizes cold hard cash and is a stain on Ladakh and Ladakhi goodwill.

Have booked 3 rooms, but have given only 2 rooms at the time...
Have booked 3 rooms, but have given only 2 rooms at the time of check-in, no cellular service to call the booking .com, had to take 2 extra beds and paid, worst service had till now, I would not recommend to stay at good look camp, person at the camp was very rude, no water for washroom, we had to take water from tank to our room in a bucket.Guest review byManmohan
