I initially booked for 3 days and ended up staying over 1 month! I loved the peaceful surrounding area, there’s nature around the property and there’s a short cut to walk down to the beach in 5 mins. And with a scooter you can drive to loads of close by spots! The roof top is a hidden gem to practice yoga on, and there are mats and yoga props. There’s an amazing salad bar that’s part of the hotel, which served some of the best salads alive had in goa. And all the staff are amazing & friends!!

Would def stay again to try the bathtub lol! would be more incluned if they screened the bathroom window. otherwise, the room decor is amazing and bed was super comfortable. loved the staff, friendly owners and location.

The property is right on the beach. We did not eat at the restaurant it is also right in the beach and there was a breakfast buffet. Air conditioning worked and the room was clean with clean towels and toiletries. Working kettle to make coffee in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area and loaned us a tool when our bike broke.

    Excellent value given location on Mandrem beach, and adjoining facilities. Basic but clean, comfortable rooms. Sea view balcony was ideal to enjoy the shade and breeze. Restaurant had extensive food offerings, laid back atmosphere.

    Well the location of the resort was fabulous. Its very nearer to the Mandrem sea beach. Quite and calm place within greenery all around. I stayed for 1 day but believe me it was worth. I will recommend everyone to stay at Mandrem Retreat Beach Resort.

    The beach is stunning, clean, safe, fun people and beautiful sunsets. It's not too busy at all, and no noise after 10.30pm. There are a few places to eat, Dunes was great, definately recommend. I just people watched, went in and out of the sea, lazed around and chilled - it is supper chill and comes alive early evening. Everyone sits and watches the sun setting which is really special. Go, you must!

    A beautiful relatively quiet Goa beach, so far. That may change as Mopa airport gains more air services. Lovely white sands, good selection of shacks walkable on south end of arambol beach. I love this beach.

    Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa.

    Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa. As with most of the beaches, the beach chairs are quite far back from the water due to the tide coming up so far. It's a lovely place and would definitely visit again!

    Beach was fabulous, yoga classes on the beach, good choice of restaurants, plenty of tourist shops and also supermarkets, money exchanges, taxis, etc. Quite a hippy vibe, mix of families with young children, a lot of young people and also older generation.

    The beaches from the property are minimum 25-30 mins drive. The property is good and peaceful away from the hustle bustle. Beaches to visit are Morjim, vegator and Arambol. Mandrem is a peaceful place and the nearest beach is Morjim.

    Ashvem beach is a wonderful expanse of white sand - perfect for sunbathing, swimming and learning to surf (small breakers). There are numerous beach front bars and restaurants, but they are quite expensive compared to other locations in Goa (particularly South Goa) and most pump out music that is too loud to have a conversation over dinner. The area is definately trading on it's popularity as a Yoga destination and has become both much less laid back and relaxed since the pandemic and is becoming dominated by Russians. One to give a miss and seek out a less up tight, over priced, cosmopolitan area - plenty exist in Goa.

The best rooms throughout our stay in Goa Immaculately clean well appointed rooms, with mod cons , lovely toiletries , and thee most comfiest of beds Lovely little swimming pool to spend a few lazy days by prior to inbound or outbound flights Food excellent with some of the best dishes we've had during our 2 weeks stay in Goa .Staff courteous and friendly .Also a lovely spa that offers various treatments .Easily accessible to Mandrem airport . Definitely use this hotel again

    Our stay at the Amritara Aura Resort and Spa in Mandrem was excellent. The accommodation was bright, clean, authentic and spacious. The room service team (Kamlesh Prabhu) was first class. We enjoyed a huge and scrumptious variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very attentive. The gardens are beautiful and full of colour and the team do a superb job keeping them tidy. The swimming pool was fabulous and again kept very clean by the attendant

    Fabulous location with good sunset view. Very less crowd on beach in compare with Calangute beach and very clean in compare with ALL other Goan beaches. Beer in bar for reasonable rates, breakfast good and fresh. AC in room cooling well and good silence in garden to really relax. Close to Mopa airport, 20 mins by car, resort did comfortable transfer for us.

    Spacious room and bath, huge balcony, top quality interior, king size bed, clean bed linen. Mr Cyril and his team are excellent hosts. This place is within 5 minutes walking distance to the picturesque Mandrem beach. There are good restaurants, shops and super markets nearby. Beach is less crowded, clean and safe.

    The location is awesome. Its bang on the beach with pretty huts. The people are very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is a bit expensive but the food is mouthwatering. There are other options nearby as well.
