The entire family gave us a warm welcome. The location is ideal. The plants and vegetable garden add to the ambience. The homemade breakfasts were delicious. They helped arrange our transportation and even took us on an incredible tour of the tea gardens. Every member of the family and staff member has their own set of responsibilities. If necessary, everyone pitches in to support each department. They treated us like family and met all of our needs. It seemed like a home away from home. Overall, it was a great experience. Amaira resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. The location was also good, far from traffic noise and with amazing views. What truly made our stay an exceptional experience was the staff. Ashish and Team are so welcoming and put so much passion into their work. We really enjoyed all the activities, from the morning walk to the evening barbeque by the bonfire. Thanks also to Rupak and Satyam for the great musical entertainment and kitchen staff for the amazing food. We will be back and very much hope that they keep the standard this high!
