From the booking till we reached the resort was smooth and had good support from the staff. We had ordered our food but we were late to check in. But the food was kept warm in our room with all amenities. The qty & qlt was also good. Location is good and get easy access to nearby places. Overall good experience as we were there only for few hours. I think they can do better...

Room we got first was worst, no water, bedsheets not clean, used sheets being used again etc. The next took that we got was clean and comfortable. Food was good and tasty especially the breakfast. Location is good and scenic.

The location is perfect for a nice fun filled vacation with family and friends. It is just about 30km from Ooty, The best thing we liked is we were just minutes away from the safari rides, so many places to visit. The home cooked food is awesome. The host is a great cook and was always happy to serve different varieties. We visited first week of May but the weather was pleasant and rained everyday for about 15-20 minutes between 3-4pm, which made the evenings much cooler. I am looking forward to my trip back here again. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!!!
