Location is good (near to Kohora Gate) - Rooms are spacious. But cleanliness and maintenance of property is poor. Staff response is good, but they need training to work in hospitality industry. I Appreciate the help by owner in arranging cake and packed breakfast.

The caretaker Roshan Upadhyay really took good care of me. I was reaching late at night and talking to him was reassuring. He was in touch with me throughout and also came to pick me up at the bus stop. He helped me book a jungle safari in the last moment. He made this trip work out for me. The location is also close to kaziranga national park. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had hot water. The birds chirping in the morning with the view of sunrise was the best part for me.
