I stayed in the property along with my family between 28th to 29th March 2025, we had a horrific experience on 29th Night, one person entered our room( Room No 109) from the sliding door and try to assault my kid and wife, when they started screaming, he ran away from that room and we could not able to trace him immediately, same incident happened to other guests as well who were staying ( Room No 105)next to us, where he threaten them with knife, there was no proper security system to trace the culprit via CCTV, General Manager Alric Fernandes arrived late and he was simply beating the bush without any action from his side, both of our family approached Anjuna Police station and provide a written statement to the authorities about the incident. It was really a nightmare for us, and the girls are terribly shocked and struggling to recover from the incident and till now we have not received any reply or response from their property owners. And also, we have serious doubts about your staff.
