They have not reserved my room for single occupancy and allotted double bed AC room with almost double price quote and not listening my argument for the same, I was busy in a medical conference and they ask for immediate action, room was also not upto the mark , highly arrogant reception staff and the room service .I have paid 4968/- which is higher then booking.com price(2000/-)
