Great stay at Hotel Everest. The hosts are very nice, attentive and always want to make sure everything is going fine. The hotel it self is cute, well decorated and the rooftop is great to hangout. The food is good too.

I had a wonderful stay at Divine Palace in Pushkar and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a great mix of traditional charm and modern comfort.
The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight – not only is the food delicious, but the view of Pushkar from up there is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset.
The location is also perfect – close enough to the main attractions like the lake and the market, but far enough to enjoy some quiet and relaxation.
Overall, Divine Palace is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a warm, authentic, and relaxing experience in Pushkar.

The Pushkar Palace is ideally located right on the lake, with stunning views. Our room was very well appointed with great amenities, including an incredibly comfortable bed. We slept very well! The staff were excellent, and we even arranged with the front desk for the best driver to take us onward to Udaipur.

Very Artistic and Antique feel in whole property, large garden seating with a very nice paved path leading through to the rooms. I visited Pushkar recently and was charmed by its calm, culturally rich ambiance, until Holi. As a woman, I was struck by the stark contrast, while the city is wonderfully serene most of the year, during Holi the streets become wild and unsafe. Many women, including myself, have experienced instances where personal boundaries were shockingly disregarded to the point of being molested in public. If you're considering a visit during Holi, please exercise extreme caution. It might be wiser to enjoy Pushkar’s beauty during its quieter, more respectful seasons.

Very special place with great atmosphere all around the lake...
Very special place with great atmosphere all around the lake especially around sundown with azl the temple prayers. However the many weddings in this season ruined a lot in Pushkar (and elswhere in Rajssthan). 24/24 hrs of extreme loud music, sometimes even coming out of especially rented wedding noise trucks !

The Mela vibes and fervor in the local market is amazing.
The Mela vibes and fervor in the local market is amazing. Evening Arti at the Ghats of the lake is a experience at an altogether different level.
Malpua and local street food (kachori, mirchi pakoda / bada) are hot favorites.
Enjoyed browsing at the local market with local and village flavors.

The historic relevance of the place makes it worth the visit. The city quiet and peaceful and I found it safe to travel.
If you enjoy walking, prefer to explore the city by foot. Since all the places are around the Pushkar lake.
I visited visiting and Pushkar mela, and during my stay, I started early at 5:15am. First went for aarti at lake followed by Bhrama temple early morning to avoid the rush.
I then headed to Savitri Mata temple. I preferred stairs although you can also travel through rope way. It’s 30-40 min climb uphill on stairs and beware of monkeys, try to keep your things in a bag else they might snatch.
I then went to Camel and Horse market.

Pushkar has a flair you can not describe, I Love it. If You want to see a herd of european Idiots come during season. If You are NO tourist Take the risk and visit Pushkar in may/june und You will find India. Hot but so beautiful and charming. And Full of colors.

A quaint little city that could be opted for a travel both for religious connections or just for exploration. It's a colorful, charming small town that enjoys a lot of foreign travelers and thus have a friendly traveler ecosystem with varied options for food and stay. It's an otherwise safe city and resonates Indian multi-cultural vibes, that values it's own heritage and religious beliefs.

It is my second visit to the Rising Star. I stayed here for the duration of the Pushkar Camel Fair in November. I came back to Pushkar with a friend to stay at the Rising Star and stayed longer then planned. I always prefer to stay in small hotels os guest houses as I like the personal experience.
Having worked in tourism for many years and stayed in hundreds of hotels in Asia and India over the last 25 years, the Rising Star ranks with the best regardless of price.
The property is really well maintained. The owners are the ones managing the daily affairs of the hotel and that is what makes it more comfortable and a good stay as they take extra care of the guests and the property. The location is also perfect..not too far from the main ghat but at the same time very peaceful. Would totally recommend everyone to choose them as your stay in Pushkar.
Its a nice and clean hotel in Pushkar. Its walkable from all tourist attractions, food is amazing and it has beautiful cafe. stay was extremely comfortable.
