We felt absolutely relaxed! The staff takes such good care of you. The room had rustic styling but was large and had everything we needed. The owner, Shalabh, was so easy to talk to and so helpful. The property is located along the river and while you have to traverse a long set of stairs to get there (hard to find the stairs in the night if you don’t know where to look), that trip is worth it because all you hear is the rushing water and no road noise! The grounds are extensive: natural spring feeds a soaking pool or you can go into the river. There are many types of plants and trees and a wetland area, making a nature paradise! The spring water is used in preparing meals as well and the food was fresh and plentiful- we had to telll them to stop bringing food because we didn’t want to waste any!

The location is amazing, the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The experience is elevated by the hospitality of the staff. Very clean place with lots of space, great view of river (listening to river while sleeping was very peaceful) and home cooked food was delicious! Host was very helpful to me. I am from USA and do not speak Hindi and needed help to get to next destination, he waited at the road for me to get bus and made sure I had the correct one. He was very kind, thank you!
